EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval)

The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) requires that almost all financial documents submitted to them for filing be in EDGAR format. Filings must be prepared according to EDGAR specifications for tagging and transmission parameters.

XBRL Seminars

Command is pleased to offer XBRL seminars for those interested in learning more about the SEC mandate and how best to formulate an action plan to comply with the new requirements.
