Command Financial Press announced today the appointment of       Bob Buckholz as Vice President and General Manager.  The announcement was made by James     Penders, President of Command Financial Press. Bob’s direct responsibility     will include Operations, Information Technology and Pricing.

Bob has previously served in executive capacity during his   more than 20-year career at Bowne & Co.  As one of the original members of Bowne’s   international division his duties and responsibilities took him overseas to   financial centers around the world first to form the company’s international   affiliations, then to begin establishing its overseas offices while partnering   with sales staff on calls where technical input was vital to winning more business.

During the height of the dot com years Bob managed Bowne’s western   U.S. operations including customer service, technology and administration during   that busy and demanding period. Bob was also responsible for establishing and   managing the company’s first offshore strategic business process outsourcing   relationships and for introducing standardized workflow practices and quality   improvement initiatives in critically important areas such as electronic compliance   filings and document life cycle management. Further, Bob led the team that   made the first official Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) electronic   compliance filing accepted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to his work at Bowne & Co., Bob was with General Electric at their   corporate headquarters in Fairfield CT where he supervised the start-up of   GE’s in-house design, document management, electronic filing, presentation   production and print buying operation during the early years of Jack Welch’s   tenure.

Mr. Penders commented: "Bob joining Command represents a significant   step as we move forward in becoming a major force in the financial printing   industry and document life cycle management.  This a step that will have   a profound effect within our company and is also a signal to the financial   services industry that we are very serious about our future and the success   we intend to achieve. Steve Penders, Executive Vice President of Command added: "Bob   brings a wealth of operational and technology-based experience that will enable   us to better meet the document lifecycle management needs of our clients. We   are very pleased to have him join the Command team."
