Command Financial specializes in document lifecycle management and financial printing services. We have been providing a full range of services for investment companies, financial institutions, law firms, and leading corporations of all sizes since 1990. Command is part of the Command Group of Companies, which are privately held firms that provide a broad range of documentation and printing solutions. The Command Group of Companies began operating in 1965. In aggregate, the Command Group of Companies has one of the largest and most modern print capacities in the Nation, and a full-time staff of more than 800 employees. Command Financial is headquartered at 75 Varick Street in New York City, where we have operated since our founding. Command has a solid balance sheet and cash flow, enabling us to invest in both our technologies and our workforce. Command has experienced year-over-year growth in terms of number of clients, number of projects, revenue, and workforce. In addition to our organic growth, in 2006 we acquired RS Rosenbaum, a New York based financial printer with more than 25 years of experience in providing financial printing service and solutions to the marketplace. Over the past several years, Command has become the leading provider of content management solutions for investment companies.
